Cancellations/Refunds will only be allowed or provided on the following basis: if cancellation is received in writing before February 23, 2018, you will receive a full refund less a $25 administration fee. NO REFUNDS will be given after February 23, 2018 however, substitution of delegates is acceptable. Payment must be made online at the time of registration.
