EventCamp is designed to collect Attendee, Exhibitor and Sponsorship information, all in one place! More than that – you can bundle the sponsorship and exhibitor packages to include attendee tickets and ‘package items’ so that your Sponsors and Exhibitors know exactly what they’re entitled to!

One of the other cool features of EventCamp is the Agenda Blocks and Sessions, which is used to track (and set maximum capacity attendance per day, per room, and per time slot!

Got a mini-event going on for your event? Create “Extras” and make that pre-conference Golf Game, or Zoo outing with the family a separate registration process within EventCamp!


✔ EventCamp fees are priced below industry standards, to help each event make more money.

✔ System activation fee (at the time of launching the event).

✔ Basic Registration (individual tickets only) $1,500 + GST (if applicable), per event.

✔ Premium Registration (Sponsorship, Exhibitor and Ticket registration) $2,500 + GST (if applicable, per event).

✔ Per online transaction charge: 3.99% + $0.08 per transaction (effective September 1, 2022).

✔ Per offline transaction: $0.00. (I mean, c’mon why would we charge you for this?).

✔ The bank deposit frequencies vary depending on merchant preference. (bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, etc).

✔ All fees are in Canadian dollars.
