“Youth Employment Services Manitoba (YES Manitoba) provides free, inclusive employment services for youth between 16 and 29. Our purpose is to prepare youth in realizing their potential to become self-sufficient. We support youth to write a strong resume and cover letter, prepare for job interviews, find job postings that fit their needs and interests, register for education and training opportunities, and much more. For over 50 years, YES Manitoba has provided a safe and supportive environment where youth can learn new skills, develop confidence in themselves, and feel supported during their transition to employment.
YES Manitoba is proud to host employment readiness and life skill development programs for youth receiving EIA, and is a partner in Futures Forward, a unique collaborative program that provides services to youth who have been in the foster care system.

Jack Winram BIO
Jack Winram BA (Economics) has over 30 years of experience in the energy and environmental sector, both with industry and in a regulatory role. A graduate of the University of Manitoba, Jack targeted energy and environmental economics and later obtained a certificate in Utility Regulatory Studies Program at Michigan State University. As an executive with a proven track record, Jack has had the privilege to serve on numerous boards and committee’s including the Manitoba Public Utilities Board, and currently is board director for Efficiency Manitoba and is Chair of the Water and Wastewater Certification Advisory Committee.
Jack is currently the Executive Director for the Manitoba Environmental Industries Association (MEIA) managing the organization’s day to day business, advocating and promoting the environment and cleantech sectors.
